Job Title: QA Automation

Job Description:
- Responsible for activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
- Develops and implements total quality management (TQM) programs and initiatives
- Develops, implements, and leads key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts
- Assists in the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services
- Makes continual improvement of products, processes and systems
- Requirements analysis, test case development and test execution for new software applications as well as application enhancements
- Creates and maintains test automation frameworks across multiple projects
- Researches Change Requests as well as regression testing of multiple applications
- Works closely with project managers, business users, and software development team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems – Information Assurance or Information Technology.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Software Testing & Quality Assurance, required
- 3+ years of experience writing / maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium highly desired
- Must have ability to translate needs of business users to technical staff
- Experience working with Microsoft TFS (Team Foundation Server)
- Proficient experience with writing SQL queries
- Strong analytics skills to determine weak points in application and hardware through measurement of service level agreements and documented requirements
- Must have solid understanding of application testing, database, with an understanding of the agile development methodology with ability to own defect management / resolution
- Solid experience writing, reviewing, and implementing Test Plans (TP) and Test Completion Summary (TCS) documentation with quality control, project, and technical teams
- Tool experience for developing functional and performance automation validation
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required
- Must be flexible, well organized and able to work well under pressure

- Mobile Application Testing
- Intermediate to Advanced
- SQL, required
- Familiarity with Java, C#, preferred
- Microsoft Test Manager
- Team Foundation Server

- Test Automation, (Web Apps, Windows Apps, Mobile Apps) preferred
- Load Testing, preferred
- Security testing, preferred
- Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology is desirable
